Goal

A software company was downsizing their west coast offices and needed assistance in liquidating their existing outdated furniture, and in creating a new, modern, and efficient (smaller) work place.

Sam Clar managed the liquidation and disposal of their full floor of existing furniture, while planning and managing the implementation of the new offices. The result was win/win, providing a significant reduction in rent expense, while at the same time creating a welcoming, modern, efficiently planned new work space.
