Goal

The Emergency Operations Center (EOC)  replaces the outdated existing EOC. The two-story, 38,000-SF building includes a training lecture hall and serves as a planning and media center for the sheriff’s department. It includes breakout conference rooms, a situation room, a fitness area and office space to accommodate the sheriff’s operations.  The building is targeting LEED Gold certification.

Sam Clar provided all technical furniture planning, furniture administration and procurement, and installation management for the project. The project installation was completed during the Covid-19 Shelter in Place order, as an essential operation.
