Lammersville Unified School District | Administrative Office Expansion

Goal

Lammersville Unified School District needed to expand their administrative offices to accommodate growth. To insure the District complied with its purchasing procedures, Sam Clar worked with the District to review and select a Cooperative Contract. Through this process, the District was able to utilize (piggy-back) an existing competitively bid contract without having to go through the cost and expense of their own bid process.

Sam Clar provided technical furniture planning, procurement, and installation management.

The project consisted of 10 Private offices, 1 conference room, and 13 Workstations. The district took this opportunity to introduce height adjustability into their workstations and private offices as they updated the overall look and feel of their space.
