	SAM CLAR OFFICE FURNITURE LIMITED WARRANTY Sam Clar Office Furniture Inc. (SCOF), warrants all "New" products, (that is product never previously sold or owned), sold by SCOF, to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original customer purchase. If this product should become defective within the stated warranty period, SCOF will elect to repair or replace it free of charge at our option. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from: accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, normal wear and tear, modification, alterations, or repair by anyone other than the manufacturer¹s authorized agent or SCOF. Unless specifically indicated on the merchandise, all chairs sold by SCOF are intended for use in a standard 8 hour per day, 40 hour per week office environment by users not exceeding 250 lbs. "Intensive Use" merchandise is available for applications falling outside the above stated conditions. Please ask your salesperson at time of purchase.
	LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS: SCOF makes no express warranties except as listed above. The customer¹s sole remedy shall be the repair or replacement expressly provided above. In no event shall SCOF be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product or breach of this warranty. All express and/or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
	MANUFACTURER'S EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE: Many manufacturers offer extended warranties of their products. SCOF is ready to facilitate manufacturer warranty service. Please note that because the manufacturer¹s warranty may not cover labor or service charges, these charges may apply to the customer. Please contact SCOF customer service for specifics regarding your products warranty.

	USED PRODUCTS, CLOSE-OUT, AND SPECIAL PURCHASE ITEMS: All products marked "Used" are secondhand and have been previously owned. All products marked "Used", "Close-Out", or "Special Purchase", are subject to the following terms and conditions: All merchandise is sold in "AS-IS" condition, with all faults and imperfections; further it is sold without any express or implied warranty (unless otherwise marked on product). Said "AS-IS" condition refers to scratches, dents, or any other imperfections in the furniture. Unless otherwise noted, keys, file frames, drawer dividers, or other accessories, are not included with the purchase of this merchandise.
