Sam Clar Office Furniture's Commercial Services Group creates office environments that are comfortable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing. Interior Design work on all Sam Clar projects is completed by our in- house commercial interior design staff.

Our basic Menu of Design Services includes the following:
	Client Meetings Field Verifications Drawings as they pertain to furniture Project based revisions Working with Client's sub-vendors as it relates to furniture Overseeing and installation of agreed upon furniture Follow-up as it pertains to furniture
Our expanded Menu of Design Services includes the following:
	Detailed finish designs, custom interior work and interior finish plans Define and interpret Client's Corporate Culture as it relates to the planned office environment Apply the function of each employee to individual workstation requirements Define an acceptable standard for desired office aesthetics Review and advise on department adjacencies and workflow Determine and adhere to client's budgetary guidelines Determine and adhere to client's timeline Accommodate acoustical & privacy issues Assess and design for future growth requirements Establish and document Client's Furniture Standard
Rates:
	The Basic Menu of Services is provided at No-Charge in conjunction with an on-going proposal to provide interior office furniture. The Expanded Menu of Services is available on a per-project or per-hour basis. Per-hour rates start at $65.00 per hour. Not included in Sam Clar's Menu of Design Services are functions of other professionals, including but not limited to; any services that relate to load-bearing structural issues, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and / or sprinkler systems requirements. Sam Clar Office Furniture Designers are required to design spaces that conform to all Federal, State, and local laws, including local applicable building codes.
